The time allotted for the oral presentation of research papers is 15 minutes in total — 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion. Please ensure you arrive at your session at least 15 minutes early to test the presentation equipment (if you have to present your paper in the first session of December 2nd, please arrive 15 minutes before the opening session). Each session has a chair, whose name will appear in the program. Please introduce yourself to your chair upon arrival. The chair will manage the session timing, provide warnings if your presentation exceeds the allotted time, and may conclude it to allow time for questions and discussion.
