Time to time, clients come to me to ask if Gartner has an IT Score for Product Management, as they moved from Projects to Projects.. i don’t think so, but wanted to check this with you. [7/16 5:43 PM] Kristie Wilson
Hi Vitor - long day for me back to back. Sorry for not responding earlier. We don’t have a specific Product Management score. However, the move from Projects to Products is an IT Operating model change from the Op model pattern of Process centric IT operating model to at least Service or maybe Value depending on the organization’s ambition. From that perspective the IT Score maturity corresponds to those operating model patterns…so a level 3 is considered Service with level 4 where value / innovation starts. So the actual IT Score is a good yardstick there. [7/16 5:45 PM] Kristie Wilson
