Subject: Experimenting with Content Packs for D&A

Hi EP Friends,

For those of you who don’t know me, I am in the incoming CoR for D&A starting July 1. Carlie and I have been experimenting with the concept of ‘content packs’ that align research to top client questions related to PN priorities. Content packs are intended to provide all the actionable insight a client needs to be successful on a journey that helps them accomplish tasks related to the top questions. The content packs include research with guidance spanning all roles in our bullseye and will feature content that spans exclusive, GTP, and where it makes sense for the client for that part of the journey, research from outside D&A.

For D&A, we are prioritizing 3 client questions/ journeys over the next 2 quarters:

How should D&A Leaders ensure their organization’s AI success with AI Ready Data?
How should D&A leaders support AI Trust, Risk and Governance?
How should D&A leaders manage the hard self-service reset that is coming at them as a result of GenAI permeating all D&A tooling?

The overriding principle here is the make our content:

Packaged

Actionable

Synthesized

Sticky (we will continue to update these to bring clients back)

The deck below is just a draft of the first client question (AI Ready Data) that we would make available to AEs, EPs and analysts. We would then turn this into either an ATV, Ignition Guide or Strategic Roadmap for clients. Marketing will use the content to create ebooks and one pagers for Sales to use early in the sales cycle. We can leverage them to update iPN and the primers etc.
