The challenge in the industry is that CX focuses on personalization via customer preferences, analytics and insights to optimize interactions across ALL touchpoints. While CX improvement is one of the top reasons life science need to invest in personalization, their goal is to increase revenue not customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a study that provides a direct correlation between improved CX leading to increased revenue. So until one life science company goes “all in” on improved CX and demonstrates increased revenue, it will continue to be an uphill battle.
